(More customer reviews)The description is deceiving so I called Shelder Logic to be sure I was getting what I thought. We wanted to use our two front and back side walls for the extension tops and were told that the kit came with four side panels which would have been perfect.

In actuality it came with two tops. We haven't had a rain as yet using them, but they hold the dew out until you touch it to try to get the puddles off and you get covered with water. I would not call this water resistant.

Another big flaw is in the poles. The directions that show you how to set up and hold the top tight (hard to do unless you have another four foot of room for each pool) do not match the pool construction. The drilled holes are too far down the poles. We ordered this from Amazon but called the company direct regarding this problem. After three phone calls they shipped out another set of poles to us free. They were the same. My husband had to drill holes near the tops in order to use the S rings and rope. We also thought because of the description that the poles would be larger than they are. They are only about an inch. My husband also has to do a lot of rope tying to get the top secure at each pole.

We're glad to have an extension but the description leaves a lot to be desired for what you get. If you're not married to a handy man, I wouldn't recommend this.

Just a side note: We do not have a Shelter Logic tent. We bought our tent at Sam's Club and it's a King Canopy. That company told me we would not be able to use this extension on our tent, but it works fine.
